Rob White
President
Rob purchased a Rainbow International franchise in his hometown of Richmond, Virginia in May 2004. Rob guided his business from a start-up with one employee to 25 employees. He earned the Restorer of the Year Award in 2007 and Franchisee of the Year in 2008. Rob also earned Franchisee of the Month honors in 2007, 2008 and 2009. In 2009 he also received the Rainbow International Leadership Award.
In January 2010 Rob became Vice President of Operations for Rainbow International and shortly thereafter relocated his family to the corporate home office in Waco, Texas. Rob was promoted to President of Rainbow International in April of 2011. He is responsible for the overall leadership, initiative and growth of the thirty-year-old company, including sales and operational support.
Rob spent the early years of his career working for PepsiCo, Inc. and AMF Bowling Centers, Inc. in sales and operations management positions. While with AMF Bowling Centers, Inc., Rob led total operations and profitability efforts for forty bowling centers in the Midwest, including over 600 employees. This experience helped foster his current passion for small, customer-service oriented businesses.
Rob received his bachelor's degree in finance from Virginia Tech in 1985 and his MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1991.
Mark Macko
Vice President, Operations
Mark joined Rainbow International in September 2010 as a Franchise Consultant (FC) for the Midwest Region. He quickly excelled at his new role, earning the trust and friendship of Rainbow International corporate staff and franchise owners.
Mark brings a wealth of business experience to his new position, including detailed backgrounds in operations, finance and franchising. He worked as a Senior Regional Manager with ServiceMaster, serving the needs of 200+ franchise owners and supervising four regional managers. Mark has also worked as Chief Operating Officer for a $10 million restoration company with offices across Central Texas and as a regional financial controller for several Fortune 500 companies.
Mark earned his BBA in Finance at the University of Miami (Florida).
Jack A. White, CR, WLS
Vice President, Technical Services
With more than three decades of experience working in the
restoration services industry, Jack White serves as the Vice
President of Technical Services for Rainbow International.
Jack is responsible for field training, technical services and
support, as well as research and development for Rainbow
International.
With Rainbow International since 1981, Jack's wealth of industry knowledge and leading-edge field expertise has earned him many accolades among his peers. A member of the National Panel of Consumer Arbitrators and a regional supervisor for the Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration in Texas, Jack is also an IICRC- accredited instructor in Water Damage Restoration, Carpet Cleaning and Odor Control. Jack's House, the state-of-the-art water restoration training facility, is named in his honor.
Reneé DuBois Lopez
Vice President, Administration
Reneé DuBois Lopez ran a flourishing Rainbow International franchise
in the early 1980s before becoming a leading franchise
consultant, which eventually led to her role as Rainbow
International's Vice President of Administration.
Serving in her position since 2003, Reneé is responsible for creating new systems for restoration and enhancing existing systems, compliance issues, manual updates, and overseeing and development of regional training. Named Rainbow's Franchise Counselor of the Year five times, Reneé has earned many other accolades for her leadership, including the President's Choice Award, which she has earned twice. She is also a member of the Rainbow International Hall of Fame.
Bruce Vogt
Business Development & Marketing Group Director
Bruce Vogt, an accomplished speaker, instructor, author, and communicator, is recognized in his field as a leading authority on humidity control, water damage restoration and mold remediation.
Bruce has over 20 years experience consulting with engineers, plant and facility managers, manufacturing facilities, hotels, motels, universities, the military and water and fire damage restoration contractors. Bruce has designed humidity control systems for plants, factories, pre-positioned and deactivated military equipment and to protect museum artifacts for the Smithsonian Institute.
Bruce understands the effects of water, fire, smoke and mold damage and the potential for serious health consequences to people exposed to these conditions. He has trained best practices for fire and smoke restoration contractors and insurance agents and adjusters for many years.
Bruce was a contributor to the first-ever published Standards and Reference Guide for Professional Water Damage Restoration S500-94.
