Today my engine caught fire on Highway 50. Two gentlemen in one of your trucks pulled over to help. They called 911, had a fire extinguisher ready, got me a safe distance from the car and did not leave till the fire was out and the fire department needed a statement. In the chaos and state of mind I was in I did not get their names or a truck number but I wanted someone to know just how wonderful it was to have their help and calm in that situation. I am so thankful they were there and hope that if you can determine who they were you will extend my absolute gratitude to them. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you, Rainbow International guys! I was very pleased with the immediate response. It was a holiday and Gregg was at my house in less than an hour after I called the insurance company. He sent out a crew to my house that same evening to begin the drying process. Everyone that came to the house was friendly and a pleasure to do business with. They removed flooring and a vanity from the bathroom and left everything clean. My husband was very pleased and we will recommend them to anyone that needs their services. They get two thumbs up from us.

Came home on a Sunday from a weekend trip to find our basement covered with four-inches of water. Searched the yellow pages, called your 800-number and was amazed to actually speak with a person who was extremely helpful and who even called me back to tell me she was reaching someone for us. At 10:30 PM I was called back from Debbie who was from the local office and who told me that she would have their crew over to my home next day. I was extremely impressed that they indeed had their crew over with excellent equipment and started our clean up process. Their service was excellent and everything I was promised that they would do was done with great expertise. Thank you for making a horrible experience better than expected.
